Is there a possibility to store a document that is shared (and updated) amongst multiple users.
The Check-out/Check-In solution will not work for this requirement.
The document I am referring to is an .xlsx spreadsheet that can be updated by multiple users at any time. Rather than downloading the document and then re-uploading.
Currently, staff are creating a new job folder on the network, saving the document there and then sharing it amongst other staff (via O365 sharing).
This is now double -handling with another set of job folders being created manually on our network.
